Vegan With A Vengeance, 10th Anniversary Edition

Spanakopita or spinach pie is probably one of the best-known of all traditional Greek dishes and hands down one of the most delicious. Its traditionally made without cheese so, bonus, authentically vegan too! This recipe will have spanakopita on your table in under an hour. First, clean your spinach. Trim the ends and rinse spinach really well. You certainly can use frozen spinach in this recipe and many people do. I just find when I use frozen the spanakopita is a little less flavorful and the color of the spinach is darker.

This product is a very rules-lite absurd mini-campaign inspired by Monty Python and Sir Terry Pratchett. I have written it with the purpose to entertain, not to injure or insult. If anything, I hope that it will help some people think about their life choices and behavior and to have an innocent laugh with friends. Although I am not a vegan myself, I am a proud flexitarian and have a great respect for both vegans and vegetarians and I wrote this mini-campaign because my beloved sister, an avid vegan, inspired me. All characters and names in the campaign are almost entirely fictional.
