In "We the Corporations" we see so many court decisions that get seemingly unforeseen interpretations. To my mind, this speaks to incompetence at best and corruption at worst in our highest courts. What can we do to correct or at least improve this? Have you read any of these nominees for the National Book Awards for fiction?
